Professional Foot Care services with Erica Butler, RN are available as of August 1st. Visit our website to learn more about our services and book your appointment.

In collaboration with Sooke Exercise Therapy, Megan Bledsoe, Physiotherapist, is in the clinic on Mondays and Thursdays. To book an appointment with Megan, please do so through Sooke Exercise Therapy at https://set.janeapp.com.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, may be charged a cancellation fee equal to full treatment value as per practitioners discretion.

We understand that illness and emergencies can happen. If you’re not feeling well, please don’t hesitate to call or text your practitioner to reschedule.

Rachel Winchester RCH

Rachel is a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist and practising member of ARCH. She supports clients through anxiety, trauma, identity, and relationship challenges. Her background includes working as a doula and supporting individuals with disabilities and neurodiversity. Rachel uses hypnotherapy to promote healing, emotional balance, and personal growth. She works with those experiencing anxiety, ADHD, sleep issues, PTSD/CPTSD, body dysmorphia, and grief. She also offers Peaceful Pregnancy, Postpartum Reset, and serotonin-boosting sessions. Suzanne Herchak
(She/Her/Hers) R.Ac

Suzanne has been practicing acupuncture since graduating from Pacific Rim College in 2011. With a deep appreciation for the body’s natural wisdom, she supports clients through a wide range of health concerns with a special interest in mental and emotional well-being, digestive support, women’s health and pregnancy.

Her treatments are rooted in clinical knowledge and guided by intuition, with a focus on creating a safe and supportive space. Suzanne believes in meeting people where they are and working together to move toward their health goals.

In 2022, she returned to Pacific Rim College to study Phytotherapy (Western Herbal Medicine) and looks forward to integrating clinical herbal work with acupuncture in her practice by 2026.

Outside of work, Suzanne is often hiding in her garden or out exploring Sooke with her family and two dogs.

Angelique Baker R.Ac

Angelique is a Registered Acupuncturist with a background in midwifery and a special interest in women’s health, reproductive wellness, and supporting people through times of transition.

After many years working as a Registered Midwife in British Columbia and internationally, Angelique brings a deep understanding of pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and the menstrual and reproductive cycles to her acupuncture practice.

Her treatments are individualized and grounded in Traditional Chinese Medicine, with a focus on creating a warm, supportive space where clients feel heard and cared for.
